We’re proud to offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK at no extra cost. All orders are sent via a fully tracked service, and you’ll receive updates by SMS or email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2:30 pm (Monday–Friday) are aimed to be shipped the next working day. (Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days.) Please note that delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not from the date your order is placed. Mainland UK deliveries: Please allow 2–3 working days. Non-Mainland, Zone 1, 2 & 3: Please allow an additional 2 working days. We only accept orders within the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Delivery Details

All orders are sent via a tracked service using Royal Mail or Parcelforce (at our discretion).

Tracking details will be sent via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees at destination if applicable.

Important Information

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, courier capacity, or adverse weather conditions. We will notify you if there’s a significant delay. Items marked as Pre-Order or Back-Order will be shipped once available. Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page. Delivery zones are determined by courier classification and may affect delivery times. Zone 1–3 typically includes remote or offshore locations. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is refused, a re-delivery fee may apply. If no one is available to accept delivery, our couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour or leave a card with details for redelivery or collection. Orders marked as delivered by the courier will be considered fulfilled. If you believe your parcel is missing, please contact us within 48hrs of the delivery notification.
